Waldorf salad

  • 2 granny apples 

  • 1 celery stalk 

  • 50g walnut kernels 

  • Buttercrunch lettuce 

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 

  • 1 plain yogurt 

  • 1/2 tsp sugar 

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 

  • Salt, pepper


  1. Cut your apples into thin wedges and your celery stalk into small pieces. Place in a salad bowl and add the lettuce leaves.

  2. In a separate container, prepare the sauce: mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt and balsamic vinegar. Add the sugar and salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Mix the sauce with the salad and add the walnuts on top.

Serve and enjoy!
