Apples, raisins, and iceberg lettuce fresh salad

  • 1 lettuce Iceberg 

  • 2 apples

  • 60g of nuts

  • 40g of doft grapes

  • Coriander 

  • 6 tbsp. of olive oil

  • 2 tsp. coffee of cider vinegar

  • 1 small clove of garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp. coffee of Dijon mustard

  • Salt

  • Pepper


  1. Cut the apple into thin strips. Add a little lemon juice to prevent oxidation, then set aside.

  2. Dry roast the walnuts in a pan for a few minutes.

  3. In a bowl, add the oil, cider vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.

  4. Place the salad in each soup plate, add the apple slices, roasted nuts and raisins.

  5. Pour 2 to 3 spoonfuls of vinaigrette over the salad and finish with a few fresh coriander leaves.

  6. Enjoy immediately!
